Named for the bird that holds the cut banks along this stretch: a blue line low over the water, gone before you have finished pointing at it. Kingfishers pair up and keep a territory together, which is more or less who this boat is for. The Kingfisher is our smallest and most intimate, the one couples choose for a quiet afternoon, and the one to take if you want to sit still long enough for the river to forget you are there.
