What it is

Arrive by river

This is the experience that will define Shannon Drift. A 2-hour trip on The Kingfisher or The Lapwing, then a mooring right at Lukers Bar & Restaurant for a set lunch or dinner. You arrive by river. The only way to arrive, really. We are still putting it together with Lukers, so it will not be bookable when we open.

How the day runs

Three moves, one afternoon

Cast off from the quay

A short safety briefing, then two hours upstream through the Callows. No licence, no experience needed.

Moor at the village

Tie up at the quay in Shannonbridge. Lukers is twenty metres up the bank. You will not need the car.

Two courses, reserved

Your table will be held for you. Eat, then walk back down to the boat, or leave it with us and collect the car.
